Shipments are normally made by MRW and DHL, although PuntoQpack reserves the right to change the company for which it is carried out provided that it does not clearly prejudice the customer. For shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands we work with FNG Fornes Logistics.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Generally deliveries are made within a maximum of 48 -72 hours from order confirmation depending on the place of delivery. However, in the event of circumstances beyond our control, PuntoQpack is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
The transport agency will deliver during the day.

Where will my order be delivered?
Delivery shall be made door to door to the delivery address indicated by the Customer and to the person designated as receiver.
Deliveries of bulky or overweight products, or of products with delivery difficulties, shall be made to the portal at the address indicated.
What if there's no one when they come to deliver my order?
Don't worry, the transport company will leave you a notification so you can coordinate the delivery with them. Orders that cannot be delivered within seven days for reasons not attributable to PuntoQPack will be returned to the seller.
Can we cancel an order that hasn't been shipped yet?
Yes, you can cancel an order that has not yet been shipped. To do this, you must email us at info@puntoqpack.com This e-mail address is protected from spam bots. You need JavaScript enabled to display the order number you want to cancel.
Can we cancel an order already sent by the store?
No, once the order has left our warehouse and is with the shipping company, we cannot cancel the order, but you can return it once you receive it.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal?
After a customer has exercised his right of withdrawal, the products will be collected within 24 to 72 hours. Once the product is in our facilities, if it is correct, the full payment of the goods will be made except for collection costs. If the product has been tampered with and cannot be returned, the customer will be contacted to tell us how to send the product back.
Return of an order
The items offered by PuntoQpack offer the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. If your request is not satisfied, you have a period of up to 14 days, from the date of receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The costs of collection and re-shipment shall only be borne by PuntoQpack if the following conditions are met:
-The product is not as requested or has a defect
- the product has been damaged during transport and has been shown on the receipt of the order.
In any other case, collection costs shall be borne by the buyer:
- The product must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.
To return your order to PuntoQpack you must email us at customers@puntoqpack.com or call 91 611 75 51 (extension 2) before returning your order.
Once we have received the product in our warehouses and found that it meets the conditions described above, we will proceed to make a transfer to the account you indicate or to replenish the same order.
